Voice Services
With our CallFirst Voice services you can significantly reduce the cost of your outbound calls. By utilising the most appropriate access method from our range of voice products, we can deliver real savings and benefits for your organisation.

Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) – the quickest and easiest way to make high quality, low cost outbound calls without the need to install new lines or reprogram existing PBX’s. Calls are prefixed at network level so there is no need to dial any prefix codes.

Indirect Access (IDA) - Ideal for organisations with home workers, IDA allows you to easily differentiate between business and personal calls. Home workers simply choose which calls they route via our CallFirst network by including a simple 4 digit prefix on the number they are dialling.

Direct Access - By connecting directly to the CallFirst Network your business benefits from lower cost calls and improved resilience to serious network faults. Direct Access is a key component in assisting customers with Disaster Recovery planning.

We have extensive expertise in providing installation of new analogue & digital fixed lines. Our service delivery team work with you to provide hassle free installation of lines . With a wealth of experience in transferring existing installed lines, our CallFirst team we can transfer your services whether you have a single line or many thousands. Switching your existing lines to Koris CallFirst allows you to consolidate supplier bills and reduce your costs. The transfer of your lines takes around 10 working days and is seamless so service will continue uninterrupted with no physical change to lines or telephone numbers.

Non Geographic Numbers (NGN`s)
Koris can provide the full range of non-geographic numbering to manage your inbound calls. You may want to make it easier for customers to call you or to maximise the effectiveness of your advertising and marketing campaigns. Koris provides a full range of NGNs. We are well placed to give you advice on what type of numbers will best suit your organisation.

All our NGNs can be redirected to a landline or mobile number of your choice. Changing where a call is redirected to is straight forward, this gives an organisation a great deal of flexibility as it grows, develops and perhaps changes geographic location.

New numbers can be set up in hours to give real flexibility for whatever your organisation needs. We also have porting agreements with most network operators so if you have existing NGNs that you want to transfer, we can do this with no loss of service.
